Monitoring & Evaluation

The wealth of experience in the Arab region related to individual Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) projects does not always translate into systemic policy change because monitoring and evaluation systems do not sufficiently capture the full impact of these projects.

The ILO provides support to TVET boards and institutions to design as well as pilot enhanced monitoring and evaluation systems. In addition, the ILO conducts impact assessments of projects that feed into policy recommendations.
