The ILO publishes a wide range of books, reports, working papers, training manuals, CD-ROMs, videos and flash movies, relevant to China and Mongolia. Some of these can be downloaded directly. Others can be requested from the ILO Library in Beijing.

    Covering the period from 2008 to 2014, this evaluation reviews ILO’s strategy to advance Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW), namely: the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining is widely known and exercised (Outcome 14); forced labour is eliminated (Outcome 15); child labour is eliminated, with priority to the worst forms of child labour (Outcome 16); and discrimination in employment and occupation is eliminated (Outcome 17). The case studies are contained in Volume II (online only).

    During the past few years, development cooperation between both governments and private industry from the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russian Federation, India, China, South Africa) and the ILO has been very active. In 2009, Brazil signed an overarching framework agreement on Technical Cooperation with Latin American and African countries for the implementation of the ILO-Brazil Partnership Programme for the Promotion of South-South Cooperation.
