2024

  1. SDG - Aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia

    1 October 2020 - 31 March 2024

    EU Budget Support (BS) programme aims to support the Government of Mongolia to implement the national reform agenda and assist the implementation of the Public Finance Management and Employment policies. The EU BS programme and its Technical Assistance project will support the country in delivering sustainable growth and its transformation into a sustainable development model with more productivity, better capacity to respond to and recover from unanticipated crises, and more employment opportunities for all social groups, especially the more vulnerable and disadvantaged.

  1. Trade for Decent Work Project

    1 January 2021 - 31 December 2022

    Sustaining Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting (Mongolia). The project aims at improving the application of the ILO fundamental Conventions in Mongolia through improved labour relations and working conditions.

2020

  1. Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting-Mongolia Phase 2

    1 April 2018 - 31 July 2020

    The project represents a continued support of the European Union to increase national capacity to apply core labour standards. It contributes to the realization of the fundamental principles and rights at work in Mongolia. The project focuses specifically on the promotion of the Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention and advocacy of improved national response to human trafficking for labour exploitation.

2019

  1. Support GSP+ Beneficiary Countries to Effectively Implement ILS and Comply with Reporting Obligations – Mongolia

    1 August 2016 - 31 January 2019

    The project addresses informality especially through the strengthened capacity of workers’ and employers’ organizations to represent their constituencies in the informal economy.

  1. Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting - Mongolia (GSP+ Reporting)

    1 October 2015 - 31 March 2018

    The project is part of a four-country project funded by the European Commission to strengthen respect for fundamental principles and rights at work and other international human rights instruments.

2008

  1. Forced Labour and Trafficking: the Role of Labour Institutions in Law Enforcement and International Cooperation in China

    1 January 2005 - 30 April 2008

    The project aims to enhance the capacity of the Government of China to improve the law enforcement in human trafficking cycle, building on the data-gathering, victim identification, law and policy, and operational activities that the ILO has been carrying out in recent years.
