Tripartite plus partners will discuss preliminary findings of a gap analysis of alignment of national legislation, policies and programmes with Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930. The Mongolian Bar Association (MBA) is conducting the gap analysis within the framework of the ILO/EU project on Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting-Mongolia Phase 2 (GSP+3).

The Chinese government is working on improving the public employment system (PES) to respond to new challenges brought by the new normal of the Chinese economy and the new requirements to delivering comprehensive or “all-round” public employment services. This workshop aims to support the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China (MOHRSS) in formulating policy proposals to strengthen PES in China by sharing knowledge and experience on PES at country and global levels; exchanging ideas and research products on PES undertaken in China and in the ILO; and discussing policy proposals on how to deliver all-round public employment services in China.
ILO/EU/AFCYD Training for Child Rights Inspectors and Labour Inspectors on Child Labour and Forced Labour

This training aims at improving capacity of child rights inspectors and labour inspectors to identify/protect child labourers, to deal with child and forced labour situations and to enforce relevant legislation. Under the framework of the EU Funded project “GSP+2 – Support GSP+ Beneficiary Countries to Effectively Implement ILS and Comply with Reporting Obligations – Mongolia” (MNG/16/50/EUR), the Authority for Family, Child and Youth Development (AFCYD) is organising this training in partnership with the General Agency for Specialized Inspection (GASI).
ILO/EU/MBA Training for Judges, Prosecutors, Legal Advocates and Legal Educators: International Labour Standards on Child Labour and Forced Labour

This training is a follow up to the ILO CO-Beijing/ITCILO/MBA training course on International Labour Standards for judges, lawyers and legal educators that was held in August 2017 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It aims at training young facilitators to design and deliver learning sessions on rights at work for young workers.
