  1. Tripartite Discussion on the Mongolian Labour Dispute System

    The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP) is organizing this tripartite webinar to discuss the assessment report on the Mongolian Labour Dispute System within the framework of the ILO Project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia (MNG/18/01/RBS).

  1. Workshop on Youth Green Entrepreneurship Opportunities for the Circular Economy

    13 - 14 November 2019

    One of the PAGE activities in Mongolia was the creation and support of a Decent Work for Youth Network (DW4YN). The Youth Network has developed and held a number of knowledge and capacity building activities over the course of the 4-year PAGE programme in Mongolia. This workshop on Youth Green Entrepreneurship opportunities for the Circular Economy was the last activity for the Youth Network under the PAGE programme.

  2. Seminar with Commercial Banks on Green Entrepreneurship and A Just Transition for Sustainable Investments

    12 November 2019

    This full-day seminar was organised in collaboration with the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association (MSFA). The aim of the seminar was to discuss just transition and green jobs identification and promotion in the context of the commercial banks’ investment activities and lending products.

  3. Tripartite Workshop: Mongolia’s DWCP Technical Progress Review and Planning

    25 October 2019

    This workshop provides the ILO constituents and partners in Mongolia an opportunity to discuss ongoing work under the existing DWCP, review the progress and plan for next two years by taking into account of their priorities and needs.

  4. ILO/UN Mongolia Meeting on Promoting Decent Work with a focus on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

    22 October 2019

    The meeting aims at a greater awareness of the ILO work and priorities among the UN colleagues in Mongolia; and more and expanded engagements in promoting decent work and contributing SDGs between the UN agencies and the ILO social partners in the country.

  5. Mongolia’s Green Youth Forum, Zavkhan, Mongolia

    24 June - 1 July 2019

    A forum with the Decent Work for Youth Network of Mongolia developed green entrepreneurship and project action plans for nine aimags in the Western region of Mongolia.

    12 July 2016

    The seminar serves as a platform for Chinese academia and the ILO to discuss the impact of new technology and industry 4.0 on jobs.

  2. Understanding issues and challenges in Mongolian wage system and practice in the coal mining and cement manufacturing sectors

    29 March - 1 April 2016

    The workshop is the first step of understanding the current wage practice towards developing a new job-based wage scale in the mining and cement manufacturing sector in Mongolia. It will aim to develop a wage scale that can realize the principle of equal wage for work of equal value.

  3. Collective Labour Relations, Government Policies and Responses Research Seminar

    On March 26th, 2016, the Industrial Relations Research Institute at the Renmin University School of Labour and Human Resources, with the support of a number of labour research institutions, academics, and the ILO held a research seminar on "Collective Labour Relations in China and Government Policies and Responses."
