  1. Workshop to discuss the 3-R Trainer’s kit Rights, Responsibilities and Representation for Children, Youth and Families

    19 August 2019

    The Authority for Family, Child and Youth Development of Mongolia (AFCYD) will organize this workshop as an initial step of improving training tools and capacity for use in communities with children, youth and families, especially those at risk of child labour and trafficking of children and young people for labour or sexual exploitation. The ILO project on Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting-Mongolia (Phase 2), funded by the European Union, supports the whole exercise to adapt an trainers’ kit and train national trainers in 2019-2020.

2016

  1. Evaluation Workshop of the National Action Plan on the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour (2012-2016)

    The evaluation workshop will be attended by key national stakeholders who participated directly and contributed to the implementation of the National Action Plan on WFCL during the period of 2012 and 2016. An evaluation team will present the findings of the assessment in terms of the achievements of the actions against child labour, challenges during the implementation and the good practices emerged and related lessons learnt. The participants of an evaluation workshop will also discuss and approve recommendations for further actions on child labour in Mongolia.

  1. High-Level Meeting on the Application of Child Labour Conventions Ratified by China

    6 - 7 September 2012

    Jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the ILO, the high-level meeting aimed at promoting international labour standards regarding child labour elimination and exchanging international good practices of eliminating child labour.

  1. Tripartite Meeting on National Action Plan against the Worst Forms of Child Labour

    8 July 2010

    Senior Government officials, representatives of workers’ and employers’ organizations met in Ulaanbaatar on 8 July 2010 to identify future national action framework to eliminate the worst forms of child labour (WFCL) in Mongolia by 2016, the target date of the Global Action Plan.
