  1. ILO/GASI webinar: International Experiences and Lessons in Developing and Operating the MIS for Labour Inspection

  1. ILO/MLSP Online Meeting on Labour Dispute Resolution System in Mongolia

    With the support of the ILO Office for China and Mongolia and ITC-ILO, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP) is hosting an online meeting on labour dispute resolution system in Mongolia. This meeting is taking place in the framework of the ILO Distance course on dispute resolution system for Mongolia for 25 May-03 July 2020. It is supported by the ILO RBSA project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia.

  2. Distance Course on Dispute Resolution System for Mongolia

    25 May - 3 July 2020

    At the request of the ILO Office for China and Mongolia, ITC-ILO has developed this course on dispute resolution system for the Mongolian tripartite partners, namely the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP), the Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions (CMTU) and the Mongolian Employers’ Federation (MONEF). It is part of the ILO effort to promote effective dispute resolution systems and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No 16 on access to justice. The course is supported by the ILO RBSA project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia.

  1. The ILO/GASI Seminar on Labour Inspection and Strategic Compliance Planning

    The ILO and the General Agency for Specialized Inspection (GASI) will discuss the ILO Strategic Compliance Planning Approach towards strengthening labour inspection process in Mongolia. This seminar is organized within the framework of the RBSA project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia (MNG/18/01/RBS).

  1. Building a More Effective Labour Inspection System

    The seminar is to discuss how to strengthen the labour inspection system through improving collaboration with the labour disputes resolution mechanism and trade unions.

  1. Introductory Training on Labour Market Information and Analysis

    22 November 2016

    The training aims at familiarizing non-statistical stakeholders with the use of labour market information, including the data source (LFS) and the processes involved in generating it; and with basic issues involved in the analysis of labour market information (LMI).

  2. Workshop for Labour Inspectors on Industrial Accident and Acute Poisoning Reporting System

    28 - 29 March 2016

    The Government of Mongolia approved a regulation on "Reviewing and registering industrial accidents and acute poisoning" in 2015, and with the support of the ILO, it has developed a sofware programme for registering and reviewing industrial accident and acute poinsoning cases. Objective of the training is to train 56 labour inspectors from Ulaanbaatar city and 21 aimags on collecting data and analysis. The industrial accident and acute poisoning information will be published in National Statistics magazine and website on quarterly basis.

  1. ILO-MOHRSS tripartite seminar on the Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81)

    13 - 14 October 2015

    Labour inspectors from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and OSH inspectors from the State Administration for Work Safety (SAWS) and other stakeholders participate in the Seminar on the Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No 81) to have a better understanding of the Convention and learn about comparative experiences from other countries.

  1. Combined training organized for OSH inspectors and SCORE trainers

    28 - 30 October 2014

    The training aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between OSH inspectors and the trainers of Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises project (SCORE).

  1. Wrap for the UN-Spain MDG Achievement Fund Joint International Programme for Safer Food Production for Children

    21 - 22 November 2012

    The three-year project has ended with recognizable achievements in the areas of safety management, capacity building of OSH inspectors and child-food safety by conducting training workshops, researches, and setting up the work safety standardization system.
