In order to amplify the message of zero-tolerance towards violence and harassment, the "Trade for Decent Work" (T4DW) project joined forces with the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia during the 16 Days of Activism. The campaign used infographics and a series of videos to promote ILO Convention 190, which aims to eliminate violence and harassment in the workplace.

The infographics provided important information on what ILO Convention 190 is, as well as the definition of violence and harassment according to the convention. They also included information on how to identify workplace sexual harassment, the definition of GBV according to national laws, the roles and responsibilities of employers and employees in preventing GBV, and how to report GBV in the workplace.

The collaboration between the "Trade for Decent Work" project and the National Human Rights Commission helped to reach 620,570 people on social media via ILO and NHRCM channels. The 16 Days of Activism is a crucial initiative that sheds light on the ongoing issue of GBV and the importance of taking action to eliminate harmful practices against women and girls.
