ILO/NSO Workshop to Discuss Preliminary Findings and Recommendations of the Assessment on the Labour Statistical System in Mongolia
The workshop provides an opportunity for national stakeholders to discuss and comment on the preliminary findings and proposed recommendations of the Assessment of the Labour statistical system in Mongolia.
As part of its support for development of national statistical capacity in measuring decent work, ILO has supported a comprehensive assessment of the current labour statistics system in Mongolia.
The main objective of the assignment was to review and assess the current labour statistics system of Mongolia including concepts, definitions, methodologies, practices and indicators against the international standards and guidelines on labour statistics, identify gaps and needs, respond to the needs of employment and labour policy makers and stakeholders, and make recommendations for their improvement and development, and targeted capacity building interventions.
