TRIANGLE in ASEAN: Theory of Change

TRIANGLE in ASEAN aims to increase the contribution of labour migration to a stable and inclusive development in ASEAN.

Article | 05 October 2016
The TRIANGLE in ASEAN programme is based on the theory that strengthened protection of women and men migrant workers will enable them to contribute to and benefit from economic and social development.

Ensuring that the systems facilitating women and men migrant workers' mobility are gender-responsive and increasing labour market efficiency will therefore maximize the contribution of labour migration to equitable, inclusive and stable growth in the ASEAN region.
