    Textile exporting units in Faisalabad trained on compliance with Labour Standards

    From 8-22 December 2015, the ILO in collaboration with the Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) and Oxfam-Novib will run a series of seminars covering eight thematic areas on International Labour Standards. The seminars target management and workers in 12 textile exporting industrial units in Faisalabad with the objective of raising awareness on and enhancing compliance with labour standards and labour laws in the textile sector of Pakistan.
