National Polytechnic Institute of Angkor and Hainan Technician College Sign Partnership Agreement

National Polytechnic Institute of Angkor (NPIA) of Cambodia and Hainan Technician College (HTC) of China commit to framework cooperation agreement to strengthen collaboration on promoting mutual institutional capacity development on digital skills and green skills.

Dr. Mob Sinoun, Director of NPIA and Mr. Shi Lei, President of HTC signed the agreement via on-line platform. Both NPIA and HTC are member TVETs of the Skills Development Network through South-South Cooperation, a key platform of the ILO-China Partnership Programme.
During this signing ceremony,Mr. Liu Yutong, Project Manager of ILO/China Partnership Programme, congratulated both Institutes for their excellent efforts in reskilling and upskilling, and their commitment to South-South Cooperation. He stressed ILO/China Partnership Programme will continuously support their collaboration on curriculum development, TOT programmes, exchange programmes for teachers and students etc.

A TOT course on mechatronics was launched by both institutes on the same day.
