ILO Turkey Ankara Office is seeking expressions of interest from consultants to conduct data management and analysis of the “Promoting Decent Work for Syrians under Temporary Protection and Turkish Citizens” Project funded by KFW.

For further details about the evaluation, please see the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

Required Information for Submission of Interest:

The selection of the contractor will be done by the ILO based on their technical and commercial proposals.

The deadline to submit the expression of interest for the evaluation is by 17.00 pm on 30 September 2022. Please send an e-mail with the subject header “Data Management & Analysis Consultant” to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Yasin Tamer (tamer@ilo.org) and Project Assistant, Kutsal Morova (morova@ilo.org).

Proposals to undertake any work under these ToRs will be submitted in English and must contain the following information and documents:

1. Technical Proposal 2. Financial Proposal
 The CV of the Consultant  A proposal setting out the cost for the data management and analysis and including total number of days and a daily fee
Signed statement of the applicant confirming no previous involvement in the programme


Requirements of the consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Management, Social Science or another related field with course work in statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Additional degree or certificates on data analysis, statistics like SQL is a strong asset
  • 2 years of relevant experience with data sharing, and data analysis including data governance, quality assurance and preservation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Proven knowledge in data collection, cleansing, and visualization systems such as Power BI, Miro, GitLab, etc. and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Working experience with an international organization and familiarity with UN procedures and working methods is an asset.
  • Experience in using on-line data collection and reporting tools (such as Survey Monkey, Kobo, Qualtrics, Activity-Info, Zoho, etc) is an asset.
  • Previous experience in conducting and/or facilitating online and/or face to face training is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
