Terms of Reference for the development of awareness-raising products (pictures, posters) to sensitize and promote fair recruitment principles and values in Africa

The objective of the foreseen awareness-raising products is to sensitize governments in Africa including public employment services, private sector including employers organizations, enterprise, and private recruitment agencies, social partners, and migrant workers themselves and their representatives in Africa on the principles of fair and ethical recruitment, and the responsibilities of each stakeholder to protect migrant workers all along recruitment process.
