ILO SCORE Programme Egypt's Results
Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) is an ILO global programme that improves productivity and working conditions in small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The ILO- Egypt Youth Employment (EYE) Project, is funded by the Norwegian Government, and is implemented with the national partners, Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) and the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI).
Within the framework of the project, ILO SCORE (Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises) programme is implemented, where it is designed to help small and medium size enterprises boost their productivity and improve their working conditions.
The programme is implemented in cooperation with the Federation of Egyptian Industries as a pilot programme for 30 companies in the engineering and chemical industries in Qalioubia and Menoufia governorates.
