Rapid market assessments for six sectors (Ethiopia)

Following the decision of the Government of Saudi Arabia to expel irregular migrants, hundred thousands of Ethiopian migrants forcibly repatriated. The Government of Ethiopia and other relevant stakeholders integrated emergency efforts and managed the repatriation process. This report contains findings from the Rapid Market Analysis conducted in sectors of agro-processing, construction materials, poultry, textiles and garments, livestock fattening and urban agriculture. ILO Ethiopia conducted the analysis to identify which sectors have the potential for returnees from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
