  3. HIV Voluntary Counselling and Testing programme

    A workshop was held to support the Chirundu Hot Springs Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO) to carry out a HIV Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) programme and to recruit more members.     The Mangaung Metro Municipality hosted South Africa’s business community for a general discussion on Red Tape issues for businesses operating in the Metro area. The estimated annual cost of red tape to South African SMMEs is excessive and South Africa is looking at best ways and means to improve its business environment.

  10. Workshop for Labour Officers and Private Employment Agencies on How to Monitor the Recruitment of Migrant Workers

    7 - 8 May 2012

    ILO Country Office Abuja and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity jointly organized a 2 day workshop for senior labour officers and private employment agencies (PEA). The PEAs came as an association under the umbrella body known as Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPAN).
