The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation (DGRV) organize a Symposium on “Cooperatives and the Sustainable Development Goals”.

This event aims at raising awareness of development partners in Germany on the vital role cooperative enterprises can play as builders of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

The Symposium is in line with the joint initiative launched by the International Labour Organization and the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) to bring cooperative voices into the discussion around the post-2015 development agenda.
