‘The current terms of reference are for an External Collaborator to support the Tea Association of Malawi review an industry level Gender Equality, Harassment and Discrimination Policy (2017) and develop an industry level Tea Child Labour Policy in in line with Malawi’s ACCEL Africa project outcome 1: ‘Policy, legal and institutional frameworks are improved and enforced to address child labour in global supply chains’ and overall promotion of decent work in global supply chains.’
