For modifications involving the removal or addition of a participant, an official signed communication (i.e., on official letterhead) is required. For national tripartite delegations, this must be communicated through the Government. For corrections (e.g., title, email address) an email to credentials@ilo.org will suffice.

For the 17th Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting, the official Provisional list of delegations will be published on the opening day of the Meeting, i.e., Tuesday, 6 December 2022. The Final list of delegations will be published on the closing day of the Meeting, i.e., Friday, 9 December 2022.

Any objections or complaints under Article 9(2) of the Rules for Regional Meetings must be submitted, at the latest, by Tuesday, 6 December 2022 at 1:15 p.m. (Singapore Standard Time, UTC+8) to credentials@ilo.org.
