Abstract/Citation
The Law requires employers to provide equal opportunities to women and men in regard to recruitment and promotion. It includes a requirement of equal pay for equal-value work. It also mandates the availability of a maternity leave of up to one year and requires the provision of nursing facilities for infants. Available in English, consolidated.
