The Washington D.C. Office of the International Labor Organization (ILO) has openings for part-time internship positions (20 hours per week) on an occasional basis throughout the year. While we welcome expressions of interest, please note that we are a small office and unable to respond to individual inquiries.
1. Be a full-time student enrolled in graduate-level programs as public policy, economics, international relations, law and business. Both international and U.S. domestic students are welcome to apply but international students need to read point 2 below.
2. For international students: you need to possess a valid US student visa to apply for work authorization or have work authorization (e.g. permanent residence) in the United States. We are not able to sponsor U.S. visas of any type.
3. Be proficient in English, both oral and written.
