Order of the Tribunal concerning the filing of written submissions

Pursuant to Article X of the Statute and Article 17 of the Rules,
the Tribunal makes the following

ORDER

1. The measures introduced on 16 March 2020 and announced on the Tribunal’s website entitled “Filing of written submissions during the COVID-19 crisis” will continue to be implemented until further decision of the President of the Tribunal.

2. The measures taken by derogation from Articles 5, 6(1) (b) and (d), 8 and 9 of the Rules allow the parties to file written submissions and other communication by email, including the power of attorney. The date of filing is the date on which the electronic version is received by the Tribunal.

3. The Registry may request the hard copies of the submissions at a later stage and determine the number of such copies needed or may decide to make itself copies of less voluminous submissions.
