The term of office of Judge Yves Kreins expired on 30 June 2020. Although the Governing Body has proposed the renewal of his term of office, Judge Kreins could not be reappointed for a further three-year term because, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 109th Session of the International Labour Conference has been deferred to June 2021. Regrettably, the number of judges available to hear the cases will thus be reduced from seven to six.
