129th Session - results

The Administrative Tribunal held its 129th Session from 21 October to 15 November 2019 at the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva.

During the session, the Tribunal adopted 67 judgments (including 5 summary procedures), which corresponds to 803 cases (covering 899 complaints) and 665 complainants (and 257 interveners) from 21 organisations. The Tribunal registered 33 withdrawals.
These impressive numbers include 14 judgments concerning the EPO (including one summary procedure), which corresponds to 730 cases (covering 827 complaints) and 598 complainants (and 14 interveners). For the EPO alone, the Tribunal registered 28 withdrawals.

The Tribunal has decided to postpone the examination of two cases that were included in the list of cases of the session.

The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Monday 10 February 2020 (instead of Monday 3 February, as indicated previously) at 3pm at the ILO (Room II, floor R3).

Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The judgments will be sent to the parties by post.

Shortly after the public delivery, a video recording and the judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website.
