During its 334th Session (Geneva, 25 October-8 November 2018) the Governing Body of the International Labour Office took note of the intention of the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) to discontinue its recognition of the Tribunal's jurisdiction and confirmed that the CTA will no longer be subject to the competence of the Tribunal with effect from 30 October 2018, except as regards the complaint currently pending before the Tribunal.
