New Guide to the procedure before the Tribunal
At its 126th Session, the Tribunal authorized the Registry to make available on the Tribunal’s website a new Practical guide to the procedure.
This Guide replaces the documents entitled “Advice to litigants: proceedings before the Tribunal” and “Frequently Asked Questions” and is based on the presentation made by the Registry at the information session on the aspects of the procedure before the Tribunal held on 15 March 2017.
