128th Session

The Administrative Tribunal held its 128th Session from 29 April to 24 May 2019 at the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva.

During the session, the Tribunal adopted 73 judgments including 9 summary procedures, which corresponds to 91 cases (covering 982 complaints) and 966 complainants (and 617 interveners) from 20 organisations. The Tribunal registered 16 withdrawals.

The Tribunal has decided to postpone the examination of one case that was included in the list of cases of the session.
The Tribunal has also amended its Rules and introduced a new Article 7ter concerning requests for anonymity.

The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Wednesday 3 July 2019 at 3pm at the ILO (Room XI, floor R2).

Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The judgments will be sent to the parties by post.

Shortly after the public delivery, a video recording and the judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website (/trib).
