120th Session
The Administrative Tribunal held its 120th Session from 27 April to 22 May 2015 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.
During its 120th Session, the Tribunal dealt with 149 cases. It adopted 90 judgments on 134 cases concerning 18 organisations (including 66 cases concerning the European Patent Organisation) and it registered 8 withdrawals.
The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Tuesday, 30 June 2015 at 3pm at the ILO (Room XI, floor R2). Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post.
The judgments will be published on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) shortly after the delivery.
