Using the Database of Conditions of Work and Employment Laws

This search mode allows users to search for information by countries and key words.

Choosing the country or countries: The database provides a list of all ILO member States in alphabetical order. You are able to select all ILO member States (“All countries”), one country or several countries.

• To select “All countries” or one country, click on the country to highlight and then click on the button.
• To select several countries hold the CTRL key down, highlight the countries you wish to select and click on the button.

Entering your key words: Type the words you are searching for in the Text box. If looking for more than one word, AND and OR may be used. For example, a search for “night work and hours” would generate results showing every entry containing both these terms.

Clicking on the button launches the search.
