ACT/EMP is developing training packages on Managing Diversity and Equality at the Workplace, where the overall aim is to enhance the capacity of employers’ organizations and other representative business organizations to assist and work with enterprises to launch or further develop initiatives on diversity and equality at the workplace and thereby harnessing the potential of a diverse and gender equal workplace
