Aim of the 2019 Forum:
Building on the outcomes of the two past Forums (the first Forum in 2017 helped raise awareness amongst relevant stakeholders; during the second Forum in 2018, the Games’ delivery partners presented their practices and sent messages expressing their commitment to promoting sustainability), the third Forum in 2019 will aim at showcasing delivery partners’ action to promote Decent Work in Japan and abroad, due diligence on human rights and labour rights, and the actions required to leave ‘visible legacy’ in Japan, through the Olympic Movement, and contributions to the world’s sustainable development.
