The purpose of this training programme is to deliver labour and OSH inspectors with foundation skills relating to core inspector functions and practice under their existing and pending legislation. While some states have updated or enacted new legislation for the regulation of OSH and labour standards, some are still progressing towards this. This programme is therefore also designed to provide generic key principles of inspection.
