Social dialogue in the health services: A tool for practical guidance – The handbook for practitioners

Social dialogue in the health services: A tool for practical guidance was developed by the ILO based on the Conclusions of the Joint Meeting on Social Dialogue in the Health Services: Institutions, Capacity and Effectiveness, held in October 2002. In order to complement the Tool, a Handbook for practitioners has been developed as a companion document to provide practical direction for the facilitators and organizers of the ILO constituents and other stakeholders in health services. The handbook provides useful advice and exercises designed to assist in conducting training courses for participants in social dialogue, or in implementing social dialogue processes.
