Professor José Antonio Ocampo, former UN Under-Secretary-General of Economic and Social Affairs and Minister of Finance of Colombia, joined the Campaign on social protection floors as Special Adviser on Social Protection. He makes a strong call for universal social protection as a sound social and economic policy.
