ISSA: Social Security Observer 19 - December 2012 has been launched
The International Social Security Association has launched the newsletter Social Security Observer n° 19 - December 2012. It highlights a review of Argentina's pension system reform, pointing out the measures implemented to takle the problems concerning financial sustainability, coverage and the adequacy of benefits.
Other issues in the newsletter are presented, such as China's winning of the ISSA Good Practice Award for Asia and the Pacific for the extension of health-care coverage in the country, and the results of ISSA's research on the extension of social security to the self-employed.
