• Council of Europe - Action against Trafficking in Human Beings
  Since the late 1980s, the Council of Europe has adopted a variety of initiatives in the field of trafficking in human beings. Its Campaign "Not for sale" aims to raise awareness, among governments, parliamentarians, local and regional authorities, NGOs and civil society, of the extent of the problem of trafficking in human beings in Europe today. It highlights the different measures which can be taken to prevent this new form of slavery, as well as measures to protect the human rights of victims and to prosecute the traffickers.
• Coalition against Trafficking in Women
  The Coalition Against Trafficking in Women (CATW) is a non-governmental organization that internationally combats sexual exploitation in all its forms, focusing on human trafficking, especially sex trafficking of women and girls.

• Ethical Trading Initiative
  ETI is an alliance of companies, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and trade union organisations who aim to promote and improve the implementation of corporate codes of practice which cover supply chain working conditions. Their ultimate goal is to ensure that the working conditions of workers producing for the UK market meet or exceed international labour standards.
• Ergon
  Ergon is an independent network of labour rights, human rights and governance experts. They publish a newsletter "Focus on Labour" and other materials on labour standards.

• International Organisation of Employers (IOE)
  The mission of the IOE is to promote and defend the interests of employers in international fora. The IOE is producing a Guide on forced labour which is a first attempt to clarify some of those questions from employers.
• International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC)
  The ITUC’s primary mission is the promotion and defence of workers’ rights and interests, through international cooperation between trade unions, global campaigning and advocacy within the major global institutions.
• International Council on Human Rights Policy
  The Council was established in Geneva in 1998 to conduct applied research into problems and dilemmas that face organisations working in the field of human rights.
• International Relations and Security Network (ISN)
  The ISN is a free, internationally renowned knowledge network, based at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). It provides high-quality content on a broad range of subjects to encourage the exchange among international relations and security professionals worldwide. The ISN works to promote a better understanding of the strategic challenges we face in today’s changed security environment.

• United Nations Global Initiative to Fight Human Trafficking
  The UN.GIFT aims to mobilize state and non-state actors to eradicate human trafficking by (i) reducing both the vulnerability of potential victims and the demand for exploitation in all its forms; (ii) ensuring adequate protection and support to those who do fall victim, and (iii) supporting the efficient prosecution of the criminals involved, while respecting the fundamental human rights of all persons.
• UN Global Compact
  Aims to bring companies together with UN agencies, labour and civil society to support universal, environmental and social principles, including the prohibition of forced labour.

• World Bank Core Labor Standards Toolkit
  The World Bank group provides a toolkit designed to assist staff in analyzing core labor standards (CLS) in Country Assistance Strategies (CAS), according to the recommendations of donors. It provides background information on four principles from international conventions known as "core labor standards." The toolkit also includes links to resources for finding information on a country's compliance with each of the standards and suggestions for integrating an analysis of the standards into the CAS.
