CISDOC - bibliographic database

The CISDOC bibliographic database contains about 70,000 citations of documents that deal with occupational accidents and diseases as well as ways of preventing them. The types of documents are: laws and regulations, data sheets, training material, articles from periodical publications, books and standards. Every record contains a detailed bibliographic description, a full abstract and indexing descriptors drawn from the CIS Thesaurus. The CISDOC database is updated on a continuous basis.

The basic resource of CISDOC is the collection of documents received by the documentation centre of CIS. All of these references are also available online: the latest documents and the archives since 2002, as well as the list of abstracted periodicals.

As a subset of CISDOC, the database of Legislative Texts on Occupational Safety and Health (LEGOSH) is also available online via browsing by countries (provinces, organizations) and subject categories.
