Manpower's TechReach is a bold strategic initiative designed to prepare economically disadvantaged individuals for well-paying career opportunities. It's an employer-driven, fast track, intensive training, certification, job placement and mentoring program designed to provide today's businesses with a new source of work-ready skilled technical employees.Many people in our communities want to work, but they lack the technical skills businesses need. At the same time, we're witnessing unprecedented demand for new technical workers coupled with a tremendous skill shortage. Implemented through community/business partnerships, TechReach brings together the expertise of employers, community-based organizations, educational institutions, government agencies and business associations to reduce the digital divide.

Through TechReach, Manpower and Manpower Professional do what we do best - recruitment, develop skills through training and verify skills through industry-recognized certifications. Then, we work with businesses to put people to work in long-term contract or contract-to-hire positions.

• Accurate Selection - Our comprehensive recruiting and screening process helps us select candidates with the necessary basic skills, motivation and the potential to succeed.
• Training - We prepare candidates for entry-level IT positions through our customized training curriculum.
• Certification - Training leads to standard industry certifications, such as A+ for entry-level PC technicians, iNet+ for entry-level Internet positions and more.
• Placement - Certified graduates are placed with local employers in entry-level positions.
• Continuous Skills Upgrade - Program graduates are eligible to upgrade their skills using more than 1,800 courses provided through our online Global Learning Center.
