Côte d'Ivoire

A Programme on capacity building of coordination and management with a special component on decentralisation is ongoing in Côte d'Ivoire. The decentralisation component is technically assisted by the ILO that gives support to training of (technical) local government staff, to small enterprises and community based organisations. This programme provides training through projects on decentralised investments on infrastructure (externally and nationally financed).
