115th Session

The Tribunal has held its 115th Session from 22 April to 10 May 2013 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.

The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Thursday 4th July 2013 at the ILO (room XI). Complainants, their counsel and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post, not by fax or e-mail.

The texts will be put on the Internet (www.ilo.org/trib) within several days of delivery.
