114th Session, 29 October - 16 November 2012

The Tribunal will hold its 114th Session from 29 October to 16 November 2012 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.

Unless it decides otherwise, it will rule on the written submissions alone and hold no hearings.

The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on 6th February 2013 at the ILO (Room XI, R2). Complainants, their counsel and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post, not by fax or e-mail.

The texts will be put on the Internet (www.ilo.org/trib) within several days of delivery.
