Tools for information specialists

These tools provide guidance on how to create, develop and maintain libraries and information services for staff and other users. The tools are designed to be used by ILO information centres at Headquarters and in the field, information centres and libraries of labour ministries, workers' and employers’ organizations and other institutions working in the field of labour and social issues.
