• Outside offices

  • 128 participants (12%)
  • 44% survey response rate (n=56)

From March 1995 to January 1999, 15% of the staff in headquarters and 12% of the staff in the outside offices were trained. Participants received follow-up questionnaires 3 months after training to follow what they had done with their new skills & knowledge.
