The Office relies heavily on Information Technology (IT) to support all its major technical, administrative and financial functions. The Information Technology and Communications Bureau (ITCOM) was created to ensure the Office's effective and efficient use of IT, computers, and communications. ITCOM is part of the Management and Administration Sector.
