Conference
participants who wish to reserve a meeting room in the Palais des Nations or at
the ILO are requested to contact the office of the Clerk of the Conference (Office E-3001 telephone
77303), from Mondays to Fridays before 5 p.m., in respect of meetings
planned for the following day, and on Saturdays, before 3 p.m.
It should be noted that, while every effort will
be made to satisfy requests, space is limited and only those requests for scheduled Conference meetings can be guaranteed. Interpretation is a limited resource and the availability of interpretation cannot be assured. Furthermore, participants areadvised that no meeting room may be occupied without the prior authorization of
the Clerk of the Conference.
