The draft texts
of proposed Conventions or Recommendations are attached to the committee’s
report, then submitted to the Conference in plenary sitting. The draft English
and French text, which will become the authentic text, passes
through the Drafting Committee of the Conference, which puts it into final form.
The final texts of the instruments prepared by
the Drafting Committee are published in the Provisional Record, and the text is
then returned to plenary for a record vote, which will be held at a time
announced in the Daily Bulletin and on the notice boards. |
