(iii) to examine the application of the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy and the utilization by the African trade unions of its provisions for the benefit of workers;
(iv) to design programmes for trade union leaders to assist them in solving the problems of workers in export processing zones;
