Thanks
to your participation, the collection organized
by the Staff Union for the Tsunami victims in Asia
was a great success. We have the pleasure to inform
you that a total of USD 14,250 was raised. In addition,
the Staff Union will ask the Administration to donate
an equal amount.
The collection will be distributed through the Staff
Union Field Representatives in the concerned offices.
The Region has proposed the following breakdown
for the distribution of funds: 50% for Indonesia,
25% for Sri Lanka, 15% for India and 10% for Thailand.
We will inform you concerning the follow-up.
