Anxious to improve communication with all staff members, the Staff Union Committee has chosen to neglect no language among English, French and Spanish. However, efficiency therein requires that messages to be transmitted be switly translated into the two non-original languages.
WE THEREFORE LAUNCH THIS CALL TO VOLUNTEERS, TO ESTABLISH A TEAM OF OCCASIONAL TRANSLATORS TO WHOM THE UNION MIGHT RESORT TO UNDERTAKE SHORT TRANSLATION WORKS.
The more numerous the volunteers, the less the individual burden. Only conditions to meet are a certain experience in such tasks, a commitment to try one's best to respond to the requests and, of cours, respect for condidentiality for texts yet to be published.

And particular thanks to Spanish-speaking colleagues and the American Region, where the team of volunteers already consituted makes it so, that there is already a better response for Spanish than for English or French language translations.
