As part of its ongoing
effort to improve communications and information-sharing
with our membership, the new SUC will hold a training/information
session for its Union Stewards and new Committee
members on Thursday 25 January 2007 from 9h00 to
12h30 in Room XII-M.3 (Elimane Kane Room). This
session will equally be open to all staff interested
to know the Union’s viewpoint on one or more
of the subjects to be covered, such as:
Recruitment and Selection: from
9h00 to 9:h45
Conflict resolution: from 9:h45 to 10h30
Training/PDP: from 11h00 to 11h45
Classification: from 11h45 to 12h30
Short presentations will be
made on each topic. Questions and discussion will
be welcome.
